Fee & Hotel rates

On-line registration for the Photo4Future Final Event is possible between 1 March 2018 and 11 November 2018.

Conference registration fee

The event tickets give access to the program, coffee/tea and lunches. A gala dinner is included on day 1 and GLOW event tour with walking dinner on day 2.

  • Conference registration fee for two days | €200
  • Hotel registration is closed
  • Parking ticket at conference venue P1 Klokgebouw | €7 per day

Payments: online (Ideal/cc) payment or by bank transfer.
On the spot payment before/during the Conference is NOT possible.

Hotel registration fee

Single room per night €155
Breakfast is included in the room prices.
Transport from the hotel to the conference site is also included.

The bus will departure from the hotel to the conference site every morning at 7:45.
The return schedule will be announced at the conference.


All hotel registration after 1 November 2018 needs to be taken care of by participants

Public Transport

The nearest train station / bus stop  is ‘Station Eindhoven Strijp-S’.
From there it is 350 m (5 min walk) to the conference venue ‘Radio Royaal.

Photo4Future encourages young scientists to present their newest scientific results on photochemistry and related disciplines to the conference participants. The three best posters will be selected by the Photo4Future Poster Committee and will receive an award sponsored by ChemPhotoChem and Reaction Chemistry & Engineering.

Communicate your results to some of the biggest names in Photochemistry!

To present a poster, an abstract should be send via email to Dr. Timothy Noel. The abstract will be screened for suitability within the program and an official acceptance letter will be send. Each applicant may submit one abstract for a poster presentation. Abstracts will only be included in the final program when registration documents and full payment have been received for at least one of the authors.

The deadline for abstract submission is November 2nd, 2018.

The following applies regarding cancellation due to the costs that Photo4Future is burdened with for organizing catering, hotel and conference center.
Symposium fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the congress. When cancellation is made no earlier than 7 days before the congress, not only the symposium fee but also the full costs of the hotel will be charged.

Please note that there is only a limited number of places available for this event, and the places will be assigned on a ‘First come first served’ basis.
